I'm Andy, a Partner in bpe search’s Consumer Goods practice. Before moving into executive search, I built my career in sales and marketing with leading CPG businesses like Diageo, United Biscuits (now Pladis) and Coca-Cola. This hands-on industry experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the CPG sector.

​Since transitioning into executive search, I’ve partnered with local and international board members to deliver leadership talent at General Management and functional Director levels. I’ve worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes, from major PLCs to innovative scale-ups, helping them secure the right leaders to drive growth and transformation.

​I am a passionate advocate for DEI and I take pride in supporting my clients in the evolution of their culture and capability to meet their ambitions. My approach is built on fostering long-term, sustainable relationships and providing expert counsel throughout the search process. These values have helped me to earn a reputation for integrity in tandem with achieving the best outcomes for individuals and clients alike.
